4 bananas
4 tablespoons flour
juice of 1 lemon
cinnamon
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Cut the bananas in half crosswise, then cut each in half lengthwise. Brush the pieces of banana with lemon juice and leave for 5 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Take each piece of banana and lightly dip in the flour. Fry the bananas until brown and let them drain on paper towels. Sprinkle some cinnamon over it. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
