1 melon
100 g Coburger ham
1 small mango
125 ml sour cream
2 tablespoons ginger syrup
6 tablespoons ruby port
1 theespoon cinnamon
Peel the melon and mango. Cut the mango and melon into cubes and dice the ham. Dvide everything into 4 cocktail glasses. Mix the port, ginger syrup and sour cream into sauce. Pour the sauce over the fruit and garnish with a little cinnamon.
Serve cold.
